What about the responsibility of the heads of the security system?
1
According to the outline that we published, immediately upon the establishment of the amendment government, a state commission of inquiry will be established to investigate the failures. During the term of office of the expanded emergency government, no commission of inquiry will be established in order to allow the government to focus on achieving the goals of the war. The state investigation committee that will be established after the elections will be authorized to investigate the security, political and public systems going back at least a decade, and will publish an interim report within six months of its establishment.
What's the point of calling for unity if we can't agree on anything? In our country, we need to turn over tables to make progress.
2
We're trapped in a system where one side perpetually seeks victory over the other, regardless of consequences. There's a long-standing process here of a system constantly tightening its grip to preserve itself, which is a strategy of avoiding decisions by pushing us to extremes. We need to shift gears and engage in productive dialogue, focusing on shared interests and solutions. By doing so, we'll find common ground.
What's the point of calling for unity if we can't agree on anything?

First of all, many important issues touch life itself and are not controversial - transportation, health, housing, the cost of living, and more. These issues have been neglected and must be addressed.
When you are busy deciding and defeating each other, everything becomes dichotomous. We have reached a situation where tables have to be turned because a mechanism has been created that is only busy bending the other side. There is a long-standing process here of a system that is constantly radicalizing to preserve itself, and this is a deliberate strategy of avoiding decisions by pushing us to the extremes. As soon as you sit down and discuss the difficult issues out of a common interest to solve problems and reach agreements, you find the equal valley.
What is your position on the issue of equality in the burden?
4
It is no longer just a matter of values of equality - failure to recruit for the IDF endangers the security of the country and our existence here. The IDF is the people's army and that is how it should be, an army in which all sections of the people serve, including the ultra-Orthodox public. In the axis between full equality now and the preservation of the status quo there is room for agreement, to reach it you have to put yourself in the shoes of the other side and strive for agreements. We are opposed to making a unilateral move under duress that will cause greater anger and disconnection and believe that a dialogue must be held and act with determination to find the way. Therefore, a dialogue must be held to find the right way to realize the mutual guarantee.
You call on 'all the Zionist parties' to enter a broad reform government. What do you define as a Zionist party?
5
We believe that 70% of the population agrees on 70% of things, and therefore we need a government that represents at least 70% of the people. Such a government would consist of the three major parties. In addition, any party that accepts the basic outlines of a Zionist government and the outline we presented and acts accordingly is a potential partner for such a revision government.
But there are already protests by reservists. Some in front of the Knesset, some online. How are you different?
6
We are not a protest organization but a grassroots organization, made up of the entire spectrum of the Israeli population. We invite all the reservists, their family members and citizens who are concerned about the return to the divisive discourse of the October Six. We do not believe in blocking roads and violence, but in the righteousness of our way and in complete faith in the beautiful nation of Israel, in the goodness and brotherhood that we have demonstrated in all aspects of combat since the seventh of October together.
Who will replace the government?
7
This Knesset led us to a year with the most destructive discourse in the country's history. A violent and extreme discourse in which we became each other's rivals.
In fighting, we remembered how much ability we have to work together harmoniously, despite the different opinions.
There is no doubt in our hearts that in reality after the oath to October, there will be many good people who will want to enter the political system. We understood the terrible cost of a reality where elected officials are built at the expense of harming the other, and that they care more that the other side loses than that the country wins.
Whoever wants to, can put himself up for public election again. We, as an organization of reservists, will do everything we can to echo those who promote unifying discourse, and to silence those who promote divisive discourse. Play on each other, like in a battle. Everyone will speak to their elected officials, and demand from them a positive and connecting discourse.
Why elections? Won't they only deepen division and disappointment?

On October 7th, something in Israel collapsed. Now two significant questions echo: Firstly, how is it possible that after October 7th, there's no accountability? Secondly, how is it possible that after October 7th, there's no unity enabling the achievement of war goals? Elections are not the goal; they are the path to accountability and unity.
